Viviane Pistache: researcher, screenwriter, curator, jury member, and film critic. She has worked on screenplay development for Casa de Criação e Cinema, O2 Filmes, and Globo. She was a programmer for the Mostra Brasil section of the Kinoforum Short Film Festival; a guest curator for several exhibitions and festivals, such as the Mostra Oju at CineSesc, Mix Brasil, Fest Aruanda, Festival de Vitória, Sesc TV, Mostra Ecofalante, Goiamun and Curta Santos, Mostra da Região Metropolitana de Belo Horizonte, Cine Fantasy, etc. She has served on a jury at festivals such as the Festival de Vitória, Cine Ceará, the Kinoforum Revelation Award, CinePe, In-Edit, Guarnicê, and the Canal Brasil Award at several festivals. She is a critic and member of ABRACINE, and a contributor to Geledés, Cine Ninja, and Blog do Arcanjo.

Jeferson Rodrigues de Rezende, or Jeferson De, was born in Taubaté, in the interior of São Paulo, in 1968. He is a director and screenwriter, graduated from ECA/USP. As an employee of Super Filmes under the direction of Zita Carvalhosa, in 2000 during the 11th edition of Kinoforum, the International Short Film Festival, he led the publication of the Dogma Feijoada manifesto, which established the seven principles of the Genesis of Brazilian Black cinema. He directed short films that were prominent in the racial debate, such as Distraída para a morte (2001), Carolina (2003), and Narciso RAP (2004), and made his feature film directorial debut with Bróder (2010). In addition to cinema, he has worked for television networks such as MTV, TV Cultura, SBT, and Globo, where he stood out as the director of one of the highest-rated telenovelas in the 6 pm timeslot, A Garota do Momento (2025).

Lílian Solá Santiago was born in Salto/SP, holds a degree in History from FFLCH/USP, a master's degree from USP, and is a doctoral candidate in the Audiovisual Media and Processes Program at ECA-USP. She is the creator and signatory of the Dogma Feijoada manifesto. As a documentary filmmaker, she prioritizes Afro-Brazilian themes, having distinguished herself on the national scene with award-winning films such as "Família Alcântara" (2004, with Daniel Santiago), "Balé de Pé no Chão" (2005, with Marianna Monteiro), "Graffiti" (2009), "Eu tenho a palavra" (2011), "Batuque de Graxa" (2012), among others. She is currently in pre-production for the feature-length documentary film "Pega a Laço," which she wrote and directed.

Noel dos Santos Carvalho. Graduated in Social Sciences (USP), Master's in Multimedia (UNICAMP) and PhD in Sociology (USP). Post-doctoral studies in Arts (UNICAMP). Specialist in Strategic Management of Technological Innovation (UNICAMP). Professor in the Department of Multimedia, Media and Communication and in the Postgraduate Program in Multimedia - UNICAMP. His research focuses on the sociology of cinema, with an emphasis on the connections between cinema, politics and Brazilian culture; cinema and black identity; film production, innovation and the film market. In addition to being the creator and signatory of the Dogma Feijoada manifesto, he is a leading intellectual in the field of film studies and race relations, and co-director of films such as Genesis 22 (1999) and O catedrático do samba (1999).
