PITCHING KINOFORUM LABS
ACTIVITY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
At the closing of the "From Short to Feature" and "Kino Incubator" labs, within the Kinoforum Labs program, the participating projects will be presented in a pitching session open to the public and audiovisual market experts with potential interest in the project, competing for a final prize that will be announced at the Festival's awards ceremony on August 29th.

Ana Julia Travia

Ana Julia Travia is a screenwriter who graduated from ECA, USP. She has had projects selected for LABEX Curta Kinoforum, the 3rd edition of NetLabTv, and won the Diadorim scholarship award from Projeto Paradiso. She was a script assistant on the series "Ninguém tá Olhando," winner of the International Emmy Award for Best Comedy. She collaborated on the script for the Globoplay series "Rota 66 - A Polícia que Mata." She worked on the script and directing team for the Disney series "A História Delas." Her feature film "Sereia LTDA" was selected for the 15th BrLab, where the project won the Vitrine distribution award and was selected for TFL NEXT 2025.
Jaime E. Manrique

Founder and director of LABORATORIOS BLACK VELVET (25 years), a comprehensive film management company. Founder and director of BOGOSHORTS – Bogotá Short Film Festival, and creator of exhibition and distribution strategies: BOGOSHORTS Movement and BOGOSHORTS Film Agency. Film analyst in the media and professor at various universities in Latin America. Consultant in film communication and distribution.
Marina Baião

With a degree in architecture and a postgraduate degree from the Escola da Cidade in geography, city, and architecture in Latin America, she was the programming coordinator for the Movimento Cidade festival in Vitória, Espírito Santo. She has worked in audiovisual public policy since 2018. Currently, she coordinates the training area at Spcine, a sector that works directly in the development and promotion of training actions aimed at the São Paulo audiovisual sector.
Rafael Sampaio

Producer, curator, and founder of the production company Klaxon Cultura Audiovisual. He produced and co-produced films such as "Diz a Ela que me Viu Chorar" (2019), by Maíra Bühler, "Fiebre" (2022), by Elisa Eliash, and "Zafari" (2024), by Mariana Rondón, among others. He has worked as a programmer in cultural spaces such as MIS-SP, Cinemateca Brasileira, and Cine Olido, in addition to producing and programming numerous exhibitions and festivals. He coordinates courses and training platforms, such as the Project Development Laboratories of Prodav 04 for ANCINE/FSA, as well as BrLab, which he created and has directed since 2011.
